    B- 2x Linda McCartney sausages (4 syns), scrambled eggs and spaghetti hoops.

    L- homemade spaghetti napolitain (0.5 syns)

    T- homemade spicy rice with veg and pork (HEB)

    S- mullerlight, tangerine, apple.

    E- 30 day shred and 30 min walk.

    B- 2x Linda McCartney sausages (4 syns) scrambled eggs, spaghetti hoops, mushrooms, ketchup (1 syn)

    L- homemade tomato and basil soup

    T- meat free burger (1/2 syn), Wholemeal bread (HEB), slimming world chips, ketchup (1 syn), salad.

    S- fat free yoghurt, fruit, options hot chocolate (2 syns)

    E- still shredding!

    Thankyou guys yeah things have improved - still Job hunting but getting more interviews at least now. I'm still a bit lonely but keeping myself very busy - volunteering at a local horse sanctuary which I love! Ahh yes there are so many gorgeous dresses! I have made a pact with myself to buy no more new clothes until I am at goal weight. Still a way to go - though I am another 2lbs down! Sorry for the waffle...

    Woop! 10.2 this morning - that's a total 4lb loss in 2 weeks! Extremely happy!
    Iv also swapped my usual cuppa for green tea in the mornings and trying to cut out alcohol but last night I did have a small glass of red (they say it has less sugar and less cals). Feeling so motivated!

    B- 2x sausages, scrambled eggs and mushrooms.

    L- tuna salad

    T- chicken salad and sugar free jelly.

    S - celery.

    E- shredding

    Ahhhh bread!!! You are my kryptonite!!! Really struggling to stay on track this week. My appetite is huge and all I wanna eat is bread and chocolate. I need my own kitchen where there are no bad foods :-(
