Thread: Starting lipotrim monday :-)

Just been for an appointment early today about starting lipotrim, and starting Monday! very excited as I have been struggling with my weight from a young age! I'm 18 and currently weigh 11stone 13lbs..and should be 9 stone at my lightest for my height. Hopefully I can get support from this as I think it would help me stay motivated and have positive thinking hearing other peoples journeys! x

It is a hard diet especially in the first few weeks but it does getting easier and if you stick with the rules you will see the results very quickly.

I have four weeks completed and have lost 19lbs
