Thought I would try doing a diary for my partner it might help to keep him on track I will be doing the hay diet with him so he is not alone. we will start tomorrow, I need to lose a stone and he needs to lose about four stone. I have just joined this site so still learning how to get about.

I am just putting my partner steve,s details because he needs to lose more weight.We are both eating the same.
Day 1
Starting weight 270.4lb
Breakfast 8 o,clock porridge
At 10 o,clock he had veg juiced ( 2 carrots ,1 parsnip)
lunch 12 o,clock rice with veg in sweet and sour sauce
Dinner 4 o,clock meat and veg stew
At 6 o,clock a banana
Thats our first day done every thing went well

Today we brought a treadmill so starting tomorrow we will doing a fifteen minute walk to the music staying alive ha ha ha ha
Breakfast porridge
At 10 a veg juice [ carrot, parsnip, celery ]
Lunch 2 salad sandwiches [lettuce, cucumber,onion,tomato]
At 2 a pear
Dinner stir fry [noodles, peppers,onions,mushrooms,bean sprouts,sweet corn ]
