    First Time Diary

    Hi

    Not really used to doing anything like this. Never done anything like this before but here goes my first ever post . so here goes....

    I`m 20 years old and have always been my weight in age I have tried everything over the years. Cambridge,slimmers everything I even thought about having a gastric bypass but decided against it at the last minute.

    So on the 18th January this year I decided to start on the measure up diet from Asda, and so far I have lost 1 stone 3 pound. So hopefully writing on here and looking at other peoples diaries will help.

    Thanks for all your replies means a lot to be able to talk to people in the same position as me.

    I have been doing good with my shakes but really need to start drinking my full 2 litres of water just so hard HATE water lol. Had a few day off work this week so have really got into doing my Wii fit I LOVE it. Now just need to find the time to do it after work and also find the time to come and chat to everyone.

    So hows everybody been??

    Wow congrats on the loss so far.. What is the asda diet just shakes mainly, kinda like slim fast? I started off on the wii fit as well it was really funn. Even now if i cant get to my other workouts (ie when the hubby is home and i cant use the tv for zumba or whatever) ill jog in place as i watch tv.. I even got a stepper cause i enjoyed it on there as well.
    I fept awkward when i first started on here as well most of the time i didnt know what to say but i have found that people on here are so supportive even with things that dont reaply have to do with weight loss. I feel as though i really have found friends on here that i could talk to if i needed to and that is a huge comfort.
    You can do this and we will be here when you need us . Most people weigh in once a wek and post he results good or bad on here and ive found that everyone is very encouraging no mader which it is. If you lose you get the prais you deserve and if you stay the same or gain a bit they have great words of advice and encouragement that can really help you get through the hard times

    Thanks and congrats to you too your doing fab. Yeah its like the cambridge diet but cheaper lol. Yeah i agree I am really loving the Wii fit its makes it seem really fun. Yeah I am really surprised at the ammonut of support here its amazing.

    Glad you are finding the support on here a big help hun, we all understand and are in the same boat..and all want the same goal in life!

    maybe try diluting low calorie cordial hun, or pop some lemon or lime slices in your water..might help with the taste..or lack of it! I enjoy iced water, lots of ice and a slice of lemon and lime

    Well done on your weight loss. I chop up some lemons and put the segments into bags to freeze them. I then add one lemon segment from the freezer straight into my fizzy water. A little slice of heaven
