    I'm so heavy right now. Back to writing down everything I eat for at least a few weeks anyway.. The plan is 3 square meals, minimal snacks.

    Weighed in at 10 stone 6 this morning. Ideal weight is 8 stone..

    The final straw was seeing a picture of myself taken this weekend, I look so big again. I was so close to 9 stone a few months ago then just got drawn back into old habits of comfort eating, takeaways etc.

    Food plan for today

    B: 3 satsumas (woke up later, should be cereal)
    L: Spaghetti bolognese and pasta
    D: Lasagne

    Both the spaghetti bolognese and lasagne are from the hairy dieters book so low calorie.

    Not a great first day! Had 1/2 a sugar mouse and a piece of cake at work (it was someone's birthday) then I found chocolate eclairs in my drawer so been eating those. Going to put them in the bin tomorrow! X

    And I wonder why I'm fat.. Also had crisps, dip and half a garlic baguette!

    That's really good! I struggle to lose 1lb a week never mind anything more!

    Going to update as I go today as don't know what I'll be having. I bought a dress to wear today (got a day off work so having a girly day), I paid for next day delivery and it hasn't arrived So upset. Now I've nothing to wear!

    Breakfast: Alpen light (1/2 Hex B), satsumas
    Lunch:
    Chicken and sweetcorn soup x3 (syn free)
    Pea, mint and pancetta soup x2 (3 syns for the pancetta)
    Dinner - using up freezer food this week:
    S: Cassoulet
    M: 2 sausages, mashed potatoes, peas and onion gravy
    T: Dominoes - will be drinking wine too, last day off the diet!
    W: Fish pie
    T: Turkey meatballs
    F: Cassoulet
    S: Fish pie
    Snacks: Alpen light (1/2 Hex B), lemonade and lime jelly with raspberries (syn free), skimmed milk (Hex A)

    The weeks after will be better for dinner, i'm just using up food this week. Everything is healthy bar the sausages and dominoes!

    I'll be out on Thursday and Saturday night too, but just going to drink vodka and diet coke - minimal drinking after this week!

    So proud of myself, went running with the other half (he's really fit). I've been so nervous about it and have been putting it off for at least a year. I bit the bullet and we did week 1 day 1 of couch to 5k. He was lovely - ran alongside me and motivated me even though it was really easy for him. I love him
