    I have been doing fine Rosie

    Have swam twice this week and have been good with food since sunday but I got totm this morning and I usually gain with that so we will see tomorrow

    The scales will probably laugh at me but never mind I still have those desmonds locked in the cupboard at the moment don't know for how long mind you

    Be comfy in US 8 Jeans (and NEVER gain out of them!)

    Oh well easy come easy go I lost 3lbs and I've probably gained 3lbs as I've just been for a meal in the harvester and was very naughty even had mega pointed ice cream with chocolate bars etc in it .It was lovely but I might regret it when I step on the scales next Friday I also have my theatre trip and meal in London on Monday so I will be having nothing but bread and water for the rest of the week ha ha

    I blame the desmonds Kate they must have escaped the evil sh*ts ha ha

    Hi ladies

    No exercise done yesterday so decided I need to get off my lazy fat butt and start walking again so going with my friend this afternoon

    We haven't seen each other for about 3 weeks so there will be loads to catch up on mind you we could talk about nothing for hours and still have loads to say ha ha

    After my oinky meal yesterday I have put on a lb this morning so not too bad it will soon come off again hopefully and then I will put it back on Monday

    Anyway I'm off to get some breakfast now so will catch up with some of you later hopefully . It must be time for a minis party surely I could do with a really good laugh
