Here We Go (Again)!

So, here i go again haha! Im 16, nearly 17. I've tried a few times to lose weight alone, but im serious now. I've joined slimming world and cant WAIT to see the pounds drop :D any support would be so greatly appreciated as always. I'm following the Extra Easy plan which is so simple i'm happy with it! Anyway, please just say hi make me feel welxome or whatever haha xxx

Well, first goal is 11st 12lbs, which is 10% loss. Then 11st would be healthy bmi. Eventually i'd like to get to 10st, which would be middle of a healthy bmi :D im 13st 2 at ladt weigh in (yestrrday), so 3st total to go! But yeah, breaking it up into smaller goals is a lot easier to manage! I feel i should also mention i used to have an eating disorder (restricting and bulimia), so it's very important to keep healthy etc. If anybody had experience with healthy weight loss after an eating disorder, it'd be good to chat! :) thanks for the welcome anyway!
 
[EDITED!]So yesterday and today seem to have gone well!

Yesterday:

Frosted wheats with strawberries and a skimmed milk
Jacket potato with tuna, extra light mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
2 eggs with potato wedges, lettuce, tomato and cucumber
2 finger kitkat
Grapes, strawberries and raspberries!
Total syns = 8 (from kitkat, mayo and some salad dressing!)

Today:
Frosted wheats with strawberries and a splash of milk
Jacket potato with prawns, 1/2 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise, salad
(meal out next...)
Smoked salmon+extra light philadelphia
Ham, boiled eggs, salad, small sausage roll, light salad cream
Costco apple pie (1/14th)

Syns so far = 18? Way over, darn it...


We're having a meal out today, tomorrow and a barbeque on monday, so im gutted i had almost 20 syns today :( maybe rounding up though, idk.

I've also decided to start the C25K, which I've been meaning to do for so long, but never "got around to doing it", until now. So, as of monday I'll begin the proper runs (for now, i'm just walking and excercising in other ways) :)

So yesterday we went for a meal for my grandaddy's birthday, which was lovely. we had a carvery, but I feel a little terrible... :/ I had a brunch in the morning; all the works, bacon, egg, sausage, beans etc. then for the carvery i had salad with salmon, then gammon with veg and mashed potato, then a little cheese (HexB) and fruit. okay, i know i overdid it, but everybody ate about 7 plates more than me hahah!

Today I've had mini weetabix with strawberries and blueberies, a mugshot, lots of fruit then a barbeque. at the barbeque i had fish, potatoes, veggies, a sausage and a burger *blush*. hmmm, but i also started the C25K today, so fingers crossed! will go to the gym tomorrow, then C25K day 2 on wednesday, then the gym on thursday ready for WI on thursday. i'm terrified hahaha!

just want to say a MASSIVE well done for even making the decision to lose weight.
I first started weight watchers when i was 10 years old, i was morbidly obease for my age and i went along with my mum, and i'd cry each week when i only ever lost a pound. Later on when i was 10 years old i got diagnosed with polysistic ovaries and had to have a major operation that most people don't have until their 20/30's, i had almost 3 months off school and it was horrible.

I started Cambridge diet in 2008 when i was 18, and i lost 4 stone in 3 months.. but unfortunately my mind wasn't in the right place, and i got off track.

I'm back though, and i'm ready this time!!

Thanks sinead! :D yeah, i've gone through a lot with my weight, from binging to starving, overweight to underweight, but i eant to do iy properly this time!! It sounds likr you went through a lot as a child, i'm very sorry for that! I'll definiyely folloe you on twitter though so we can chat properly.

so today i have eaten; weetabix minis with blueberries and skimmed milk, pasta with passata, lean bacon and onions. then i had melon and 2 apricots. i also ate 3 babybel lights. for tea we had salmon with potato, i had salad and 2 tablespoons of lighter than light mayonnaise (2 syns?). afterwards i've had an extra light laughing cow triangle and a 2 finger kit kat :) NOM NOM!

i'm on a course all morning tomorrow, and am probably going to shop after, so i need to either bring a lunch or a plan a healthy lunch i could buy whilst out. hm, we'll see. when i get home i'll go for a run, then on thursday i'm going to the gym ready for my second weigh in *TERRIFIED!*.
 
Its so weird reading everything you've eaten as on my diet (Cambridge) i don't eat at all, so what you've mentioned sounds LOADS to me haha!!
Everything works different for everyone though! Happy that i've lost 3 and a half stone in 12 weeks!!
