My diary - any help is greatly appreciated! :)

I've tried to lose weight so many times! i'm gonna stick to it this time I hope.

    Today I had
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, one slice wholemeal bread
lunch: sea bream with mixed peppers/onions on the side
dinner: grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce with a fat-free yogurt dip

    I'm still so hungry though!

    Thank you

It is good you feel you are getting on well...when your head is in the right place it makes all the difference.

High carbs are my down fall as well...all we can do is work at making good choices and trying to change bad habits.
