Not much to lose, but might as well keep a diary

Going from just over 11 stone (Not really overweight) down to about 9 stone.
Already passed week 3 and have lost 8 pounds so far.
Aiming to lose 2lb a week.
Slow but effective weight loss plan.
Any suggestions to make sure I keep up at this pace and don't slip?
