So i wanted to write a weight loss diary but i dont want to look at things as a diet more like a lifestyle change because diets seem to sound temporary and im in this for a lifetime because noooooo way do i ever want to go back to fat!
So i started off with a week of hardcore eating changes! Amazing weighloss week! Lost 6lbs!
But i cant live off what my brother calls spaceman food (diet food packs) so instead i incorporate meal replacement bars for work and real food when im home.
This morning for example i made protien pancakes soooooo yummy! Felt like i must be cheating! But they were low carb sugar free and low fat! And only 200calories for two!
Im really excited i feel amazing already! And would love to connect with like minded people!
