How is my Daily Diet?
I have frequently worried about my diet, I eat the same things at the same time each day, 6 days out of 7, and on the alternate day I won't vary too much either!
I am taking up running and generally run 16 - 20 miles per week in the gym, my approximate daily calorie intake is 1800. I am 23, Male, 5 ft 10 and weigh in at 147 lbs
This is what I generally eat on a daily basis
50g whole oats porridge
200ml soya milk (light)
100g 0% fat yeo valley yoghurt
200ml skimmed milk (with coffee)
Tinned tuna in water (130g)
250g boiled vegtables
50g green lentils
alittle hot sauce
Activia yoghurt (fat free)
special k biscuit bar
25g wholefoods almonds
Alpen light bar
9:00pm (post gym)
25g protein powder
some form of dinner (usually soup / beans on toast)
Total for the day (approximately)
32g fat (5g saturdated)
any advice would be appreciated - I feel that I don't eat enough, especially on days that I run (around 3 days a week, burning about 600 - 700 calories a time)
