Advice Please?!
i do eat well and i can eat for england!
my mother is a vegetarian so i rarely get any meat in the house... but i do eat meats at my girlfriends and when i go out for meals etc...
but the big problem is i cannot seem to put on any weight or muscle and i have always been the same. it is battering my self confidence as i am now getting older and i want to do something about it.
i cannot afford to use a gym but i do have dumbells which i can use
im wondering if anyone could help me with some advice on a diet or any tips or tricks to help me put on weight
