Weight loss diary starts here. Been on Slimming World since July but have been useless at it. Joined again end September and overall have only lost 1 lb. I would like to lose 4 stone by May 2014.
Today was particularly bad as I havent been tracking for a bit and you can quickly go off rails. Also went out for dinner with family tonight.
B: Tracker bar
Slice nimble HEXB
2tsps butter
Boiled egg
Half grapefruit
Snacks: Indian sweet
Cereal bar Eat Natural
L: Home made curry
Couscous
2 satsumas
D: 2 pints lager
250 ml wine
7 slices French bread. Why?
Mayo dip 2tbsp
Chicken breast with breadcrumbs
Fried potatoes
Spinach
Cauliflower
Fresh mango
Milk for tea semi skimmed HEA
Too tired and miserable re bread to add up points now.
