newbee seeking advice on food diary....extra easy SW

each colour is a different day.
go ahead give me some tips, and advice.this is my first weeks intake,to the letter.
If any of the SYNS/BALANcES are wrong, need to know, will this plan work if i carry on with this type of template?

WEEK 1

HE-A) 100ML Skimmed milk
HE-B) 2 x weetabix
- fat free flavoured yogurt = 0.5 SYNS
- 6 x crispbreads, 2 x lt.laughing cow triangles = 8 SYNS
- salmon fillet, 1x egg, new potatoes, cauliflower,brocolli,carrots = 0 SYNS
- (snack) fat free flavoured yoghurt, shape. = 0.5 SYNS
Total = 9 SYNS

HE-A) 1 x 35g extra.lt Philidelphia
HE-B) 2 x weetabix
- 100ml skimmed milk, frozen black berries = 1.5 SYNS
- 8 x crackerbreads, 2 x lt.laughing cow triangles, 2 tbsp mint sauce, cous cous (homemade,toms,mushrooms,chilli,garlic,peppers,s.o nion) = 11 SYNS
- chicken breast stuffed with HE-A, cous cous = 0 SYNS
- (snacks) seafood sticks, Hartleys fruit in jelly pot 0%fat = 0 SYNS
Total = 12.5 SYNS

HE-A) 100ML Skimmed milk
HE-B) 2 x weetabix
- Natural 0% yogurt, frozen red berries = 0 SYNS
- Mackrel in tom sauce, cous cous = 0 SYNS
- Pasta in passata, lean mince, onion, topped with cheese.= 8 SYNS
Total = 8 SYNS


HE-A) 100ML Skimmed milk
HE-B) 2 x weetabix
- fat free flavoured yogurt, Kiwi fruit = 0.5 SYNS
- salad, lettuce,carrot,toms,s.onion, cucumber, seafood sticks, 3 x eggs, prawns, low fat flavoured cottage cheese = 2 SYNS
- (snacks) apple, banana, frozen berries = 0 SYNS
Total = 2.5 SYNS


HE-A) 1 x 35g extra.lt Philidelphia
HE-B) 2 x weetabix
- 100ML Skimmed milk ,fat free flavoured yogurt, Kiwi fruit = 2 SYNS
- Chicken breast, new potatoes, frozen veg, HE-A = 0 SYNS
(snacks) 2 x apple, banana, Hartleys fruit in jelly 0% = 0 SYNS
Total = 2 SYNS

Hi! All looks good, which plan are you following?

I think you can have more than 100mls of milk for you hea's. I drink semi skimmed & I can have 125mls of that so skimmed I imagine would be more.

yes iam aware that i can have more, 375ml to be exact, i just didnt use it, bar maybe a dash in a cup of tea? do i have to use all my HE???

I think you might be better off putting your food diary in the SW section instead of the general one. More people there who understand the plan. Hope it's going well.
