I have decided to change this diary into my recovery diary, I'm trying to recover from an eating disorder and make peace with food for ever!
only rules to follow:
1. eat only when hungry
2. eat what I really want (no more good or bad food,only what i like and dont like)
3.Stop when comfortably full but not stuffed

Today went ok,
B:melba toast with nutella and a banana
L: melba toast with natural cottage cheese and tomato chutney
snacks:apple,asda giant maple pancakes x2
tomorrow will try eating more fruit & veg
I feel like this dieting talk is too triggering for me so I am logging off xxx
