Ok so after about 10 weeks on WW I've decided that it really wasn't for me, I haven't got loads to lose and so the weight was coming off too slowly. Tomorrow marks day one on the South Beach diet - phase one basically comprised of protein, vegetables and some low fat dairy. Eep wish me luck!!
