I'm Rachel, I'm from Dublin , I'm 25 years old and today I restart my weight watchers journey!
Step one: set smart goals- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time based.
This to me looks like a target of 1lbs weight loss a week

Well 2.5lbs down this week so I'm delighted with that
Goal is 2lb per week until July 7th ill be at goal... That's just over 3 stone!
What worked last week: planning, cooking in advance and freezing, taking lunch to work so I'm not going the shop (saved a lot too :-) )
Drank sooo much water and green tea!
Goal for this week:
-2lb and go the gym twice
