My weightloss journey!
Hi there I am new, so apologies if I am posting in the wrong place :)
Today (7th January) I am starting my new health plan. I have always struggled with my weight but hopefully this year is my time to change that.
I am not following a specific diet yet, but I am going to make sure my food is healthy and balanced and that I do exercise.
I am hoping to use this thread as a diary of my experiences and would love to hear from people who may offer guidance and support.
Hopefully this time next year I will be much thinner and healthier :)
