My new to slimming world I WILL get skinny diary.....
Ive only been doing SW since Friday, joined a group thursday evening and today is monday, so im still getting to grips with it all.
Im finding it super easy to stick to so far, but hoping i can make this a long term change as think it will make me so much healthier.
Think im starting to get my head around it all, but has anyone got any ideas or must try tips for me?
Also, does anyone know if it would be diet ruining to exclude the HEX A?
