So I've just weighed myself after a really REALLY good Christmas and new year... I'm not gonna deny I ate LOADS, did not seem to care whilst shoveling it in my mouth. I now feel ashamed! LOL. On Christmas eve I weighed 13stone 3... now I weight a massive 13stone 11!! Damn yummy food!
Anyway... I've come back to it and am now starting the diet and exercise once again. It's so easy to eat a lot and put on weight but not so easy to remove it once gained.
So My Plan is...
Cup of tea, Cup of coffee... both with 2 sweeteners in.
Eat 2 cereal bars for breakfast, plus a piece of fruit.
Lunch is soup or Rivita slims with low fat phili on and some grapes.
Dinner is a weight watchers or similar ready meal with no more than 500kcals in.
Plenty of water!!!
Wondering what the RDA in fat, sat fat Kcals etc is when Dieting is? Anyone help?
I'll be posting what I eat on here every day, to hopefully give me my motivation to eat well and get slimmer for summer
