Got the motivation... Just need to find my dedication
So, like many of you I guess. New Year, new start!
I have recently just turned 36 and have hit the scales at my heaviest, 14 111/2
i have played around with diets over the last few years, always loosing around a stone then gaining more than that back on. I really want this to stop and I have to take ownership of it!
so, wake up last night, rejoined SW, now 4 pounds heavier than when I joined originally in March 12. I stuck it for three months until I went on a holiday and never went back, always found an excuse.
Recently I have learned that I need an op on my hip as the fluid has gone, so was instructed no more gym, and believe it or not I used to love going to Curves. I let that news get me down, so comfort ate and sat on my ass and did nothing.
so signed up last night, all armed with the right stuff, and at the end of day one, I managed to stick to the plan, and made a trip to my work gym for 20 mins cycle, 20 cross trainer and finished with a 2 k fast walk. Feel so good now, but shattered!
So I am hoping that by writing this here I will hear from some like minded people and we can chat about how it's going.
this is my first post so please be kind
