Hi Guys i already posted a thread in the WeMITTS forum but want to start a proper weightloss diary to update with my progress.
I'm 23 and currently 21st 7.5lbs. I joined ww on 9/1/2013 so first weigh in next wednesday. Hoping to lose the weight 2lbs at a time.
