I went to visit the CWP consultant this morning and got my starter kit. I start the program tomorrow (Sunday) and would be on the Sole Source for the first six weeks. I initially planned on starting Monday but I found I've been eating everything around me all day knowing I have to be on the sole source for a minimum of 6 weeks so I decided I had better start immediately before adding more weight on. This is my first time on the Cambridge plan as well as my first time joining any online chat forum but I figure I need all the help, support and motivation I can get if I'm going to make it. I have to loose 42lbs (3 stones) over the next 4 months. Let the race begin!!!!!!!
