    I have eaten loads tonight. Think it's because I aren't spending valentines with my boyfriend- I had a count on us meal then ate chocolate after chocolate!! Bugger! And it's weigh in tomorrow.

    I'm in bed in my pj's reading the world war book my Boyf got me for valentines (I asked for it haha, most girls ask for flowers but after doing the topic in school I wanted to learn more about ww2)

    Let's hope my binge hasn't undone my hard work this week x

    Wi this morning, lost 1.5 lbs I think- due to shitty scales that seems like the likeliest answer. They also weighed me at 13st 5 and 13st 3.5 but as I was 13- 9.5 last week I must be 13-8 x

    Hi guys. Okay I just seem to be having a bit of a blip with the eating as there is a lot going on at the moment and I am finding myself massively comfort eating! I have a spa break this week with some friends for one of birthdays and that includes evening meal and breakfast but I doubt they will have horrifically unhealthy choices. Back on it by thurs! No choice I have a lb a week to lose for my2 stone challenge xx
