    Cambridge diet

    Hello..

    Day 5 is nearly over going all good so far!!! No major side effects so far apart from yesterday! It was very difficult.. I need to loose 48pounds in total.. Lost 4 pounds already!!!

    I'm very motivated!!! But missing food a lot!

    Anyone else on Cambridge diet?

    Well done, stick with it! I need to lose at least 10 stone, though I am already 2 stone in to that, and today is only day 28!!! Weigh in Monday eek!!!

    Next goals (updated 16/06/2013):
    1lb off = Below 18st! (17st 13lb)
    5lb off = 7stone off!! (17st 9lb)
    7lb off = 100lb off!!! (17st 7lb)
    DONE 16/06/2013
    5lb off = 7st 7lb off (17st 2lb)
    8lb off = Under 17st (16st 13lb)
    12lb off = 8st off! (16st 9lb)

    On a Cambridge sabbatical while I have surgery 23/05/2013. Be back soon to finish the journey!

    2 stones in 28 days!!! That is amazing!!! It will be easier as u see more results Monday, I will be wigged too.. I'm really looking forward to it!!! I have to loose all by may!!!!!

    Hi I'm due to start Cambridge sole source Friday
    I've done Cambridge before and lost 1stone but fell pregnant and had my daughter
    Need some inspirational help as 5 stone to lose!

    Well done so far I am starting tomorrow on sole source I'm really going to try ,I'm looking forward to losing weight
    15.04.2013- started finally!

    First Weigh in - 23st 2lbs first week Cambridge diet SS

    WK1 lost- 4.5 inches consultant forgot her scales - 3 cheat days silly me! 22/04.
    WK2 - 100%- lost 24lbs now 21st6lbs - 29/04
    wk 3 - break bank holiday no weigh in 06/05
    wk 4 - gained 8lbs - now 22st week off plan 13 /05
    wk5-

    wk 7
    wk 8
    wk 9
    wk 10
    wk 11
    wk 12
    wk 13
    wk 14
    wk 15
    Wk 16 break green and white food 1 week

    Hi,

    Noticed you haven't posted for a while - I'm just starting on cambridge too and have around 9 stone or so to lose. Wondered how you were getting on? Hope ur doing well, I'm trying to stay motivated to loose as much as possible before the summer! Let me know how you're getting on. Good luck
