    Breakfast
    SKimmed Milk HEXA
    1/2 Ham & Mushroom omelette
    2 TBS beans

    Omelette Recipe
    x2 Eggs
    2 TBS fat free cottage cheese
    2 mushrooms
    2 pieces of ham

    Lunch
    Lettuce, Toms & Cucumber
    Tuna
    1TBS salad cream (1 SYN)
    1/2 Packet of Batchelors Golden Savoury Rice

    forgot my fruit & forgot my yogurt

    New start my next goal is 8lb ... Weigh in every wednesday. dedication is 100% now ! Todays activity is 40mins power walking (The only chance i get to fit any exercise in )back to my Pilates and Gym Sesh's soon I hope once i loose a few more lbs ... Until then i will stick with the power walking wherever possible.
