First day help !!!!!
Hi I have started the easy extra plan on slimming world today I'm not fully understanding yet but hopefully that will get easier as time goes by Could anyone be so kind and see if what I've eaten today seems ok for my plan. BREAKFAST -2 weetabix with skimmed milk with an apple. LUNCH- ham with lettuce celery beetroot. DINNER-chicken fillet with mushrooms onion red pepper and beansprouts. I also ate a banana and will eat more fruit later when the munchies kick in
