exercising on sole source
Hey I am currently doing CD Sole Source.
I was wondering if anyone has been doing any exercising and still maintaining weight lose.
I will be going on to my 4th week of doing the diet tomorrow.
Currently lost 15 and half pounds but seem to have not lost as much this week.
Any advice.

Three words....water, water, water. As long as your consultant is happy for you to do so and you feel you can handle it then carry on. For the first few weeks I couldn't face it. Too light headed and tired. Now, I walk everywhere and deliberately park at the far end of the car park. Every little helps. Stick with it.
