    Thanks very much Irene. I thought I was off my head starting them both at the same time but it seems to have worked.

    My apologise for the swearing btw, I copied and pasted that from my other blog and I think the swearies show my sheer and utter delight!!

    13 January - Yaldi

    Still on the high that is last nights exam result news I went a wee bit overboard on the munching. Nothing major mind you, just chose to have a couple of bits of bread with my meal. Oddly feel bad for it today so....

    I'm going walkies! Where I'm going I havn't been in a while. It's a good walk in the hills behind my town with the best views you may ever see. Have a sample;

    When it looks that good around you you start to forget your busting a gut!

    The only issue is it is majorly uphill to get there meaning you're knackered before you start.

    But should be worth it!

    Last night was a lads night out on the town. May not seem out of the ordinary but I think last night was the first time all the changes I have made came together to make one massive positive.

    First off was my wardrobe. Due to my decreasing size and my wee brothers decreasing size I'm starting to wear his clothes. Last night I went out in his;

    Shirt - Remember trying this on in the summer and could not have sat down with it
    Belt - I have had this for a while mind you
    Jacket - Very smart looking thing that sits a lot better on me than basically any clothes I have ever worn.
    Boxers - Mines are simply too big these days and offer no support at all (this maybe similar to a bra perhaps? I don't know)
    Socks - I couldn't find any black ones of my own!

    It made me feel so much better looking so much better. I walked faster, strode further and just oozed a lot more confidence than usual. Sweat and the likes caused barely any issues compared to the past. My wardrobe up until last night would be a zipped hoody, shirt, jeans and footwear.

    Like the before and after the pictures before, last night was the new motivation tool to keep me going on this. I mean christ, I got a girls number without trying (who it turns out is a psycho according to everyone and I'm not going to call or that!) and ended up at a mates house with a girl, not getting home until 8am....just don't jump to conclusions.

    It's just crazy that last night was the same guy as this time last year. I was very different. It is amazing what confidence can do for you and when I get to where I want to be I am. I must add I have not changed, not as if all of a sudden I am a completely different person, abandoning who I am. It is more I now have the chance to enhance and be more like the guy I want to be!

    Awesome!
    I love this post

    I can almost visualise you strutting your stuff down the street hun!!!!

    Walk was grand today. Last time I done it was in the summer where I done the 6 miles in 1h and 25 minutes. That was me working hard to break my last speed of 1h and 30 minutes.

    Today was 1h ad 16 minutes

    May seem like nothing but to shave 10 minutes off a 6 miles walk is pretty good I think. The way back (the short way...all uphill) way was also much more enjoyable.

    Some day I hope to run the 6 miles....bring it on!

    Thanks Mandy

    14th February - Happy Valentines day...I guess

    I need to get a balance when I do the walks. I stupidly came in yesterday and worked out how many calories I burned, then ate the difference. It seemed alright at the time but looking back I think I wasted 3 hours of my life for nothing. In future I need to walk and remain eating the same so as to get the benefit.

    I was planning on being sober this weekend but c'mon, my exam results means I have to drink...doesn't it? It's ok though, Vodka and diet cokes are the way forward I feel. It's a mates 21st (which I have thought for weeks was Saturday and is actually Friday meaning I will be in a rush as I am going to see Juno after classes at 1pm) so I know the banter will be good. Get on the gear from last week again only with tighter jeans as the jeans I used to wear for nights out have been getting baggier and baggier, especially at the thighs!

    So 2 good eating days for today and Friday, hangover on Saturday means I'll avoid food and on Sunday keep it going well. All I really want is to drop the 1lb that will take me to 3 stone lost from my heaviest. But as this falls on a precise stone it would be nice to think of my weight starting with another new number - heaviest being 16 and now it would be 12. I better do it actually...I really want to!
