New to minimins!! Put on 1.7 stone in 2 months :(
Hi everybody. 9 months ago i split up with my long term partner and my weight plummeted to around 8 stone from 9.3 stone. My height is 5'4. Now, as im getting back on my feet i have discovered food!! I cannot stop eating, so have put on around 1 and a half stone
Feeling really uncomfortable and unhealthy so decided to get a grip and get back down to a comfortable weight. I realise its not major weight loss compared to some but to me it is and going to be really hard cutting the crap!! So i did my asda online shop and stocked up on my fruit, veg, low fat yoghurt granola and slim fast meal replacements. I plan to do this slowly and my goal is around 8.7 stone!! I have also borrowed a cross trainer off my friend and plan to do half an hour a day plus half an hour fitness dvd (davina)
Is there anyone doing the same as me and have the same stats?? Could really do with a buddy for motivation etc .... Thank u x
