Holiday body here i come!!
On the 13 sept I am going to Orlando for two weeks with my hubby and 2 year old girl. The panic is that my hubby's family are all going too. We are sharing a villa with a pool. Eek! Swimming gear with my dimply thighs is not good. Also I have loads of lovely clothes I currently don't fit into. I've lost 2 stone in the last year but would like to get some more pounds off and tone up.
Not long to go so what is the plan? I have taken up cycling and have bought a cross trainer. I am also starting the 5:2 diet.
I'm going to start with the Jason vale 3 day detox to kick start things. I'm doing Monday, tues, wed this week.
