I am aiming to lose 58lb in one year. This is three stone, is it unhealthy to lose this amount of weight quickly?? Do you think it is possible or am I being too eager? I realise its more than a pound a week but hopefully my first couple of weeks i should hopefully be losing more than a pound a week (I want to lose around 20lb in 8 weeks so around 2.5lb a week) Hopefully more!!
What's a realistic weight goal really? I'm 15 stone 4 lbs, and want to be 12 stone eventually. I've given myself a year, as I dont want a short term diet, i want a healthy lifestyle and so a year should give me time to adjust and perfect
Is it better to give yourself a time limit?
And is my weight loss goal realistic?!
