Calorie counting down the weeks till half term
Hello - I have just finishied my first calorie counting week. I was doing so well until Thursday evening when it all started to unwravel. Culmonated yesterday in going a bit mad at a children's birthday party.
I have lost 1/2 pound since last monday which is better than nothing and am back on the wagon for next week. I have a big shop arriving today which is full of food that is low calorie and easy to count.
Next weekend there are two birthday parties one of which is my own daughters so the tempations will continue but I hope I will have learned something from yesterday.
I will keep in mind that in 5 weeks time I am going on holiday and want to look good for it.
I will keep typing in here
I will stick to my 1500 calorie limit.
I hope to get down to 9st 13.5lb or less by 19th October - but a loss is better than a gain however much it is.
