So I'm a 46 year old guy, 350lbs, looking to loose 130lbs in 52 weeks. Thats an average of 2.5 lbs/week. Sounds like an achievable goal but not an easy one. I like food a lot but I have high blood presure,arthritis,and sleep apnea. On top of all that I work on my feet all day and I recently broke my foot .While I was off work I put on 15lbs when I got on the scales and I realized now is the time.
I've started my diet Sept 15th and lost 8lbs the first week and another 8lbs the 2nd week .... off to a good start . weigh in tomorrow for 3rd week results I know this is not going to be easy but there are many encouraging posts on this site and more every day
