It's 8.04 Sunday 1st December 2013 and I'm sat up in bed contemplating how anybody of my age ( 58 1/2 ) can have been " dieting " for 40 years and still be 4 1/2 stone over weight. Im going to be a grandma for the 1st time at easter. I do have a step granddaughter who is 4 and I love her to bits but I did miss out on the baby stages so am really excited about that:) anyway im rambling on. My mission is to be a healthy and much slimmer granny for them and myself. No more messing about, cathy (thats me ) is getting out of bed and starting now!! lol. Going to post my food, weight loss, and ramblings on here. Any help , tips will be gratefully received , and hopefully I can encourage and help wherever I can. Off to get weighed. Will update soon. First day went well. Kept within my points
Breakfast :- wholemeal toast and spread and marmalade 7pp
Lunch :- broccoli, carrot and swede and sprouts. Ww beef hotpot 6pp
Dinner :- cheese toastie and bbq sauce :- 9pp
Milk throughout the day 4pp
Snacks :- 2 finger kit kat 3pp
Fruit 0pp
Ww Greek yoghurt 1pp
