    On it!

Hello I'm Jayde aged 22 and 12stone 4 lbs. I have decided to opt for the cambridge diet and am currently on day 6. I am not struggling at all in fact I feel great no head aches no hunger pains and no cravings (hope it lasts) but my main problem is I feel very bloated as if anything I feel fatter than ever. Can anyone give me any advise? I drink about 4 letres of water a day so am a very confused young lady lol. Would love to hear from you all xx

Well done on getting to your 6th day.... it sounds as though you are doing great.

Is it your TOTM as that can cause bloating? It is most likely your body adjusting to the new diet plan, I am sure it will settle down over the next couple of weeks. Wait until you weigh in and see what the scales say... if you have stuck to the Cambridge Plan for six days, you will certainly see a good difference in your weight reading.

    Good luck. x x

I want you more than I want that food.
