Getting my body back

Hey,

I'm not actually a fit girl, I thought it would inspire me

I needed to join something and post a diary to keep track of myself, I've been a bit naughty and gained a stone eep! That in itself isn't bad, but I used to be a very big girl and I lost it all about 7 years ago and now trying to get back down to goal, before it creeps up again. I used to be very fit and only lost it in the last few months so trying to get back quick.

I am going to be very strict with myself on certain days as other days I have parties etc and want to indulge a little on those days.

I have been to the gym this morning done an abs class, then I have a lunch time spin class, I have soup for lunch.

I am 10'5, getting rid of that super quick

Phase one of get my body back complete lol, I have now managed to get to the gym after a period of time off. In fact I have been twice today and dare I say spin is evil, I must have gone very unfit my lungs burnt.

I have a number of things to do this evening but if I can I am going running, I used to run half marathons and even ran a full marathon, but I am ashamed to say I probably couldn't run for a bus now. I would like to do 6 runs of two minutes each with 30 seconds walking in between each session. I will be fit again soon :D

I've had a 25g of good stuff chewy sweets after my soup. I am not going to count calories as it's impossible this time of year, but trying to stay low. I will look at doing a more structure diet in the new year if I need to.

Thanks Steff, it does get addictive doesn't it?!? Is that your horse in your picture btw, he/she is beautiful!!

I am going to do a more structured diet after Christmas I am trying to do some sort of damage limitation at the mo, I can't believe I have let myself gain a stone after being careful for so many years. Although I've recently got married and been on honeymoon...that said I only gained the weight when I got back haha. I weighed myself this morning (I know I shouldn't) and I was 10stone4.8 so a little bit off, but my official weigh in will be next Thursday. I really want to be under 10 stone for Christmas as I will be worried about enjoying myself if I am worried about gaining more weight on the weight I have already gained haha. Don't get me wrong I am not big or anything, but I know the slippery slope and I don't want to end up morbidly obese like I was before.

I had another bag of 25g sweets yesterday afternoon, salad with hummous for tea, then 4 rich tea biscuits. I didn't go over a 1000 calories yesterday.

This morning I have been to spin then followed by a fast abs, I have soup (I make it myself and it's just vegetable) for lunch and going to friends for a Christmas dinner this evening, I am driving so I wont be drinking.

I have lots of these little bags of sweets left, so I will probably end up eating one of them haha. I picked them up from a vegan fair and once they're gone they're gone, I can't normally eat sweets and things because I am vegan and they normally have animal products in

Sybil is gorgeous and love the name tehehe. Well done for getting under, which diet did you follow? Nooo working a weekend is never good.

Well I had massive amount of food last night oops, pumpkin soup, nut roast Christmas dinner, followed by Christmas pub and one glass of mulled wine, very nice but very naughty.

I've done two classes at gym and been for a mile and half run, not had anything to eat yet, but having chickpea curry and a few drinks later.

No exercise tomorrow as going to let my body recover from this weeks and blast it again Monday.

hey have just been watching what i've been eating counting the numbers not actually denying myself of anything like I let myself have a chocolate biscuit if I feel like it but not 3!! :p and I don't have crisps everyday but will have a bag now and again, I have given up red bull .. trying not to drink my calories unless I have a proper drink like a voddie or a glass of wine :p

Brilliant Steff, it's kind of what I'm doing too at the minute, although I'm not actually counting just being careful. How much did you lose and did it take you long? I'm very impatient and want it off now hehe

I had a chickpea curry last night made by my husband, we are stopping st the in laws and his mom doesn't understand what I eat. She gets frustrated with me (not in a nasty way), but because I cant eat shop bought convenience food and I think she thinks I'm being awkward. So today I have boiled veg in gravy, which is great I love that. My hubby is a veggie and doesn't get that either and keeps offering him fish hehe, me being vegan blows her mind. She is so lovely and it's only meal times she is a bit put out with us. We had wine last night so I probably drank more calories than I ate oops.

I've had fruit for breakfast (apple and banana), no exercise today, good job I'm sore today from all the exercise I've done.

That is amazing, well done! It's a really quick time too, I hope I do that well tbh.

Yesterday I ate a muffin and then Chinese for tea, I didn't go over the top with it though. I am 10'3 today whoop, and I now having a couple of days fast as I'm at a Christmas party Saturday and I want to fit into my dress hehe

I seem to be 10 stone this morning, I believe this to not be real though as I ate very little yesterday and had baked tofu for tea. I have had a crumpet this morning, I have soup and a mince pie today and veg and gravy for tea.

Well official weigh in and even though it's been a hard'ish week, with socialising, mince pies etc I have lost 3.6lb. I am having a curry at lunchtime over the pub as I need to write my Christmas cards and get them in the post. I have soup for tea and had a crumpet for breakfast. I am out tonight so that will involve drinks oops
