Anyone else in the 14 stone's trying to get into the 13s?

Hello everyone. I've started this thread to help me along my journey, a month ago today I started on my weight loss journey. Weighing in at 16 stone 4 lbs, I have been on the scale for my weekly weigh in this morning to find I am now 14 stone 11. Meaning my new mini goal is to get into the 13 stone bracket next, I decided i was going to write a diary for this. As so far the last month I have lost quite a bit each week, but I know now this will start to slow down. So I thought I'd write this to help keep me motivated and hopefully chat and share tips and weigh ins each week with some others. Anyway, here goes! :) I'll update every day or two. Quick update of today's food and drink, even if no one is reading this it will still help me I think.
So, been really poorly today and in bed so haven't ate until half 5.
Had a medium size baked peice of chicken.
A medium jacket potato ( plain )
A slim a soup chicken soup, made thick to use as a sauce. Yum!
And two glasses of squash morrisons fruit and barley but will probably have a couple more before bed so. I know I've probably ate far too little calories but can't help being poorly so.
Nearly Xmas so excited :) update again tmrw xx
 
Ok another update. Boy oh boy do I feel silly! I'd done so well and yet bloody Christmas food made me give in. I've gone up to 15 stone 2 and struggled to restart for 2 days. I must restart tomorrow if I want to be healthy! So freaking annoyed with myself ugh xx
 
I'm no-where near the 14/13's yet but am here to wish you good luck with your weight loss. Christmas always gets the better of all of us I think!! A new year, a new motivation is all it will take to shift any extra gained over the festive period.
 
How much do you weigh ATM? What plan are you following? I can't view profiles yet as I'm new on here so can't see. Thanks for your support, it's mad how a little message of support from somebody can be so comforting to you and give you the motivation you need. Would be great to hear back from you :) xx

I'm reading ur posts.
I'm 14st7 and started back pushing to get into the 13's but want to be 9 stone eventually

That's great! My goal at the minute is between 11 and 10 stone, but I may reconsider when I get closer! What plan do you follow? And glad to here back from you :) x

I'm doing sw but don't go to group.lim just eating well and using the sw as a guide to the extras in moderation. If that makes sense

Yeah that's great! I think I'd probably cheat though because I'm silly like that. What kinds of foods do you get to eat?

All sorts I love curries and kebabs so I get normal recipes and alter them to be sw.
I like grilled meat and salad then quick food when I can't be bothered is fry ups, omelettes, pasta
