    My countdown to size 12

Hi I'm new here. My name is Jenny and I live in the South West of England.

I'm currently a size 18/20 and weigh 14st 12lbs. I've always been a big girl although I lost weight in 2010 and went from a size 18/20 to a size 12/14. Over the past 3 years I've put back on the weight partly due to having my daughter a year ago and partly from living with a man who eats a lot but doesn't get fat!

Although I'd love to be slim so that I look better and can wear nicer clothes, my main aim is to be fit enough to play with my daughter.

My plan is to eat better and start doing some exercise. Last time I lost weight I only ate better and didn't exercise so I'm hoping to at least get down to a size 12/14.

I'm planning to exercise at home as that is easier for me and am aiming to do 20 mins on a stepper and 20 mins doing exercise videos 5 times a week.

Good luck everyone and thank you for reading

Not a great start food wise as my mum came round to see me and brought cream cakes with her! I've had around 1500 cals today though so was okay despite that.

I've done 200 steps on my aerobic stepper and 10 mins of weight exercises.

Lost 5 pounds already due to me over estimating my weight originally! I guess that is kinda cheating though!

Today I had about 1800 cals so not too bad. I've done 250 steps on my stepper and a 10 minute crunchless abs workout. Will do another workout before bed.
