Back on the Dukan train after nearly 2years. Nothing else seems to be working as it's not as strict, so let's see how this goes. Starting on Cruise...
Breakfast: Low fat yoghurt with a little lemon juice and oatbran
Lunch: 2 burgers and 2 turkey sausages
Dinner: 2 turkey sausages and mini meatballs.
If I get peckish later, I will have some more yoghurt
Start weight: 69.6kg
