    weight loss diary

    Joined sw last as im a yo yo dieter and have ballooned since having my son who is now nearly 3. I had my first weigh in 2day and I lost 3.5 pounds!! Made up as id had a tummy bug and when I was recovering I snacked on things that I shouldnt really have. Cooking a nice chicken chasseur that I got recipe from one of the sw cookery books and looks delicious
