9st to loose and physically disabled from fibromyalgia

hi im Kim :) I have been a member before but forgot my username and password so ive started again!

im 24 and im physically disabled which makes loosing weight a little more difficult as well as several medications I take which cause weight gain.

I have a strange eating pattern, I will not eat all day and rarely drink and then 5pm onwards ill eat near on a full days food and maybe more! ill have maybe toast whilst cooking then something easy like pasta bake but have around 2 adult portions and then snack on maybe crisps and sweets! I no I shoudnt, but things are hard being unable to cook especially preparing breakfast lunch and dinner in one day.

I dont no which diet plan to follow so have decided to devise a plan for me!

for 12 weeks (maybe less) I shall follow something similar to the Cambridge diet
Breakfast: Oats so simple made with milk
Lunch:Slimfast milkshake
Dinner:Soup - either homemade using the super speed recipe from Slimming Word or tinned depending on myself that day.
I will also be eating fruit daily as with my medication I need to take them with food.

im hoping for a monthly treat, a meal out with my partner Milly as we dont get out enough and because it will give me something to look forward to each month.

my starting weight is 19st 9lbs!! my heaviest ive been in 5 years. At my heaviest I weighed 20st and im very nearly there!

Also my wheelchair only takes 18st and its struggling :-(

I'm very determined to do this although and I'm hoping to start tomorrow as ive got oats and soup in the cupboard just need to go out and buy the Slimfast powder.

fingers crossed!!!! I need to do this before my weight carries on and it kills me
