This is my first posting, hope I get it right.
I am preparing to start CWP at the end of the month.
Currently 15 Stone! I did lose 4 stone on CWP back in 2009 but gradually put the weight back on. Just recently returned from a holiday and found a photograph of me in a tankini - not a pretty sight!
i know it's going to be a rocky road, but with a very supportive husband and work colleagues, I should be able to cope.
Just to be able to walk into a clothes shop and pick something I like, as opposed to trying to find anything which fits, will be worth it.
