    Hi thought my first post on my diary should say who I am and a but about me and my struggle with weight.

    I'm Rachael, I'm 31 originally from Cheshire, South Manchester., but now living in Bristol with my husband Luke.

    I have 2 gorgeous and very bright little girls, Phoebe Louise who is 4 1/2 and Hayley Anne who has recently turned 3. We moved to Bristol in February 2013 and haven't looked back since.

    Since being 18/19 I have put weight on, done a fair number of fad diets and ended up putting more weight back on after stopping each diet. Late 2013/early 2014 saw me at my heaviest.

    when I was 18 I was a size 10/12 and weighed 70kg. When starting slimming world January 2014 I was 124.8kg/19st 8lb.

    After years of bullying/abuse about being so thin I swore that I would put a bit of weight on to shut people up and stop the name calling. I got everything from anorexic, bean pole, limp biscuit the lot. Depression kicked in and the weight had continued to pile on. I did lipotrim 4 years ago and got down to 97kg as soon as I stopped lipotrim the weight came back plus more.

    To date since starting slimming world I have lost 22lbs and tonight saw me achieve my 1.5 stone award

    Hi we have started at similar weights well done for losing 22lbs and getting your 1.5 stone loss award it is strange how these little stickers , badges , certificates etc keep you wanting more isn't it.

    poor you going from being too thin to overweight people can be so cruel at times they don't realise what an effect it can have on your life even many years later.

    Great loss so far! You must feel so good, especially as you near the club 10!
    I am doing SW too but not going to class as my shift work means a lot of the time I'm unable to make class. Loads of support here.
