My holiday diary :) 12 week to lose 16lbs!
Well I am finally back after putting weight back on etc. Really struggling to get it back off so thought why not start a new diary to try and help me stay on track.
Weight now: 9 stone 2
Goal weight: 8 stone
I go on holiday in 12 and a half weeks so hoping this is going to really motivate me
I am going to make Friday my official weigh in day and I shall weigh in once a week!
My diet is simply healthy eating/calorie counting.
Lets do this!!!
So yesterday had a good day foodwise!! Ended up going for a half an hours walk before work too as I didn't have time for the gym!
I'm going out for tea tonight but plan on being as healthy as possible! Need to check the menu out actually.............cant wait to get back in the 8 stones then ill feel a lot better!!
Had another good day food wise not done any exercise but I'm hoping to go after college tomorrow! (I bet I don't!) However after the weekend definitely need to up my game!!
Weigh in day tomorrow its only been a few days but I want to weigh in every Friday so shall start tomorrow!
Weighed in at 9 stone this morning that's 2lbs down 14 to go!!
12 weeks to reach my goal!!
Still going good hoping to reach the 8 stones again this Friday!!
Getting back to the gym this morning, and hopefully go tomorrow then but will probs have the day off for my birthday on Thursday! And then I plan on drinking and being rough so might go a little off track but as long as I get straight back on it who cares
Breakfast - Fruit and fibre cereal
Dinner - Chicken salad muffin with a little bit of coleslaw
Tea - Mug shot and a yoghurt
Snacks - Banana, grapes and strawberries
Usually adds to around 1200 calories!
So I have had a VERY bad week of celebration, junk food, takeaways etc hence me not posting due to feeling guilty!
I have defo piled some pounds back on and I can feel it in the tightness of my clothes!
Therefore I am going to leave weigh in till next Friday. As of tomorrow I am back on it 100%!
I still hope to get to 8 stone before my holiday, this is it now!!
10 weeks to go!!
Wow so I have seriously gone off track in the last month and I feel like I have ballooned!!!! I am not impressed but hey ho.....I'm at least 9.7 now and I have only 7 weeks ish left till my holidays!
So now it is time to get serious! If I lose 2lbs a week I could still be 8.7 for my holiday, I will weigh in tomorrow and then Friday officially!
I think im in denial about how much I've put on so once I weigh myself in the morning that is it! I am going to stick to 1000 cals a day and exercise!
9 stone 4 is the damage!!! I will get it off and more for my holiday ! Feeling determined now! Got lots of new clothes too so I need to make sure they fit

Yeh I have done well overall I was just struggling for the past month, feel like im back into it again now though went to the gym last night for the first time and back healthy eating so fingers crossed!
Yesterday was fine although I did have some whiskey with the boyfriend lol oops! At work all day today so no gym but going to healthy eat!
How are you doing? I don't feel like I've lost I think i'll still be around the same but I'm aiming for a loss next week for sure!
