From fat and 40 to slim and sassy.

Joined WW last Monday and decided to follow simple start then I decided to change my weigh in day to Saturday so this morning I weighed and thank goodness I had a loss of 4.5 lbs. this week I have decided to follow simply filling and use my weeklies for treats.
Today is my eldest sons 17th birthday so I have used 25 of my weeklies on having a kebab without chips for tea. I am hoping to still lose next week so I will be careful about portion sizes.
 
Weigh in number 2 lost 1 and a half pounds this week after a tricky eating week. I am going out with friends today for a meal and drinks so have decided to point today then go back to filling and healthy from Sunday.
 
6lbs off in two weeks is very good!
