    Losing one stone - weight loss - bikini diary



    I don't expect anyone to read or follow this diary I just know that if i log on here and broadcast my struggle it will be an extra motivator for me so here goes.

    I've been doing slimming world EE plan now since 1st December and have lost (very slowly) 16lbs. I have another 14lbs to go and hope to lose that by the 28/06/2014. If i lose more than that it will be a bloody miracle.

    I booked a week off of group and have fallen majorly off the wagon, i am praying that i don't break the scales on Wednesday. I will log my days from now until my goal date.....

    Well today has been OK overall. I stuck to the plan all day clocking up only 5 syns. Then came dinner lol. I've had to travel for work alone and ended up eating in Nandos taking me slightly over my daily allowance of syns however not dramatically. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I AM getting back into the swing of things x

    Well, haven't been on here in a while and i certainly haven't been blogging my struggle. I have been upping the anti and have been been filling up on super free foods at meal times and that does appear to work. I've also found that adding almonds to my diet as my Hex B as helped too.....x
