I thought I'd start one of these in hopes to motivate myself. I'm not willing to post my weight and measurements as I'm currently to sensitive to take any more "but your already a good weight you don't need to diet" or the "I'd love to have your body don't be so ungrateful" comments.

I will however post my loses in pounds and inches so that you can see my progress.

I'm now starting day 3 so I'll post what I've eaten for day 1 and 2.

Day 1

Breakfast - coffee, 2 sweeteners, whitener (1/2 syn), whole milk (hea). 1.5 hi fi rocky road bars (heb). Shape vanilla yoghurt.

Lunch - mug shot, grapes, strawberries. Coffee (same as above). Sugar free apple cordial.

Tea - chicken breast, pasta, mushrooms, green pesto (4 syns). Coffee (as above).

Used about 6 syns in total.

Day 2

Breakfast - summer fruits alpen light bar (heb), double chocolate alpen light bar (heb). Coffee (same as yesterday). Vanilla shape yoghurt.

Lunch - mug shot. Coffee (as above).

Tea - chicken breast, tomato puree, mozzarella cheese (hea), mushrooms, garlic, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Diet coke.
