my food diary. leave feedback please :)

Hey everyone :) so this is my first day on minimins. I'm not quite sure what i m doing but I'm going to post every meal and snack I have and if someone has any tips let me know :) need support as weight loss has been painfully slow. I am on an extra easy day on slimming world :)

So far today : for breakfast i had bran flakes as my healthy extra b , milk as my healthy extra a . i would usually have a banana and an apple but the house is cleaned out of fruit till tomorrow.

Lunch : plate of fresh salad with tuna in brine and some couscous. Thousand island light dressing - 1.5 syns.
 
Dinner : chicken fillet covered in extra spicy cajun, carrots, peas, and green beans with some brown rice and I syned some sweet chilli sauce :)

Snacks: unfortunately I went over by 2 syns :( stupid craving for fig rolls :( I'll be kicking this in the butt big time!! I had 25g of pistachios which were 7.5 syns.

Better day tommorrow ;)

1/2 small brown roll - 3.5
30g cheese - hxa

dinner

Marrowfat peas - hxb

Tea - milk from allowance .

Total syns - 7

i must start weighing my hxa milk !!!!

Wooho :) another day of 100% food optimising :) .. I'll admit, my danger time is from 6pm till I go to bed but I said no to my cravings :) my boyfriend ordered a Chinese and ate it under my nose, usually I would pick away but I refused to let myself down. :)

Pasta - 3.5 syns for sauce
Chedder - 30g so im guessing 5.5syns

okay so as you can see I am crap at doing my food diary. Iv been busy with exams and what not. I realllllly want a weight loss this week... I mean desperately ! so I had about 4 days 100% food optimising. then I went to the cinema, then was visiting family and the biscuits started rolling out. So I lost count of the syns. But I think im okay and im not over my 105 syns for the week. Iv decided to have 2 syn free days, tomorrow and Thursday and drink plenty water. Fingers crossed. ill get back to recording my food tomorrow! :)
