My herbalife journey 2014

This is it finally the start of a new me. Started herbalife 1 week ago and so far lost 3lbs and 12 inches!! Really determined to stick to this have ny weekly weigh in on sundays and will update me diary daily. Wish me luck!
Starting weight 16st 10lbs

Week 1 3lbs loss and 12 inches
 
Todays meals:

8am F1 mint choc shake

10am Snack hard boiled egg

1pm F1 tropical shake

3pm Snack 3 carrotts

6pm Homemade low calorie chilli

Also drank 2.5 litres of water throught the day.

Really enjoying herbalife so far got a feeling i really may stick to this xx
 
Another good day today feeling fab and really motivated.

8am F1 mint choc shake

1pm F1 Tropical shake

3pm snack 1 tin of tuna

6pm Dinner chicken breast, carrots, brocolli and small amount of savoury rice.

Also drank 2.5 litres of water
 
Still feeling strong and confident hers what i enjoyed today

8am F1 tropical shake

10am snack Apple and orange

1:30pm F1 Mint choc shake

4pm snack 3 carrots

6pm dinner Jacket spud and beans
 
Hi.... Are you still doing herbalife?? I started lat week and I'm also 3lbs down did lose 4lb in 5 days but woke up this morning after a bottle of wine last night so I think there's my naughty 1lb..... Anyway, back to being good and losing this weight!!! So far it's been ok.. Tried Cambridge a couple of yrs ago but I was so restricted with actual food it really messed my head up and I gave up , I'm loving eating almond as a snack
